A Classic, funny Comedy made during USSR era in 1966
Shurik, a naive student who wants to learn of the rites and traditions of the Caucas region of the Soviet Union where he meets and falls in love with Nina, "a Komsomol member, an athlete, an activist, and just a beauty," who is "kidnapped Caucasian style" with a bit of his help to be forced to marry a senior local official. But as soon as Shurik finds out what is actually going on, he bravely rushes to the rescue in this madcap comedy.
When I watched this movie, I fell in love with it. To me, it's a mixture of the Russian version of the 3 stooges and actor Mike Myers with a beautiful girl you can't help but adore!

Megaupload Slams U.S. Secret Move to Share Evidence With Copyright Holders
Megaupload's legal team is protesting against a sealed court order which allows the U.S. Government to share evidence from the Megaupload case with copyright holders. The Government believes this is necessary to assist rightsholders in potential civil action against the defunct file-hosting site. According to Megaupload's legal team, however, allowing the Government to spread a "one-sided, cherry-picked set of facts" will hurt its former users and infect the jury pool.
